You receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery window within 24 hours.

Our delivery team calls you 2–3 days before your delivery date to confirm a 4-hour window that works for you.

Day-of notification
On delivery day you receive a call 30 minutes before arrival so you are ready.

White-glove delivery
Our trained team delivers to your room of choice, assembles the furniture, and removes all packaging materials.

Orders are typically ready within 2 business days. We'll email you when yours is ready to collect.
Special Orders & Back-Orders
Items not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Lead times vary from 4–16 weeks depending on the item. We will contact you with a specific estimated arrival date after your order is placed. You will not be charged until your item ships.
