2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and images; however, colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, and product dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or discontinue any product at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation by email does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is fulfilled and shipped or arranged for pick-up. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. For custom or special-order items, a deposit may be required.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up
We offer delivery within our service area and in-store pick-up at our Burlington showroom. Delivery fees and timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and item size. Large or fragile items may require scheduled white-glove delivery. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon your pick-up. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your furniture. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging. Custom, special-order, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us at info@houseofmooreburlington.ca with your order number and photos of the item. Return shipping or pick-up costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty
Products sold at House of Moore Burlington are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Damage caused by improper use, assembly errors, or normal wear and tear is not covered. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual Property
